1. Client Commitment Policy

At AJR Services, LLC, we are committed to delivering high‑quality consulting services designed to support the growth, strategy, and operational success of your business.
To ensure effective results and a productive working partnership, clients agree to the following:

1.1. Engagement Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings, reviews, or calls.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner.
  • Complete any requested materials, documents, or approvals related to the service.

Our consulting outcomes depend heavily on client involvement, cooperation, and the accuracy of the information provided.

2. No‑Refund Policy

2.1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to AJR Services, LLC — including consulting fees, service packages, retainers, deposits, and digital deliverables — are non‑refundable, regardless of usage, participation, or outcome.

Once payment is processed, the client acknowledges that:

  • Services begin immediately or resources are allocated on their behalf.
  • AJR Services dedicates time, expertise, planning, and staff resources upon payment.
  • As a service‑based business, time and consulting expertise cannot be returned.

2.2. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Client dissatisfaction with strategic outcomes
  • Change of business direction
  • Non‑participation or delayed participation by the client
  • Failure to provide required information
  • Scheduling conflicts or availability issues
  • Client decision to discontinue services

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or if AJR Services is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service for reasons solely attributable to us.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. Scheduled Sessions

Clients may request to reschedule a meeting or session with reasonable notice.
Cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

3.2. Service Termination by Client

If a client chooses to terminate services early, no refunds are provided for:

  • Remaining time
  • Remaining deliverables
  • Unused consulting hours
  • Partial progress

4. Service Satisfaction Commitment

While all payments are non‑refundable, AJR Services is committed to:

  • Providing professional, timely, and high‑quality consulting support
  • Offering clear communication throughout the engagement
  • Delivering agreed-upon services as outlined in proposals, SOWs, or contracts

Our focus is on building long-term, results-driven partnerships.

5. Acknowledgment

By engaging AJR Services, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Commitment & No‑Refund Policy, including all terms related to payments, participation, and service delivery.
