At AJR Services, LLC, we strive to provide high‑quality business consulting services with professionalism, diligence, and transparency.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and under what circumstances.


2. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to AJR Services, LLC — including consulting fees, service packages, subscription-style retainers, project deposits, and digital deliverables — are non‑refundable.

Because consulting services involve immediate allocation of time, planning, expertise, and resources, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.


3. No Refunds Under These Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Client dissatisfaction with strategy, ideas, or outcomes
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Client delays, non‑participation, or failure to provide required information
  • Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend sessions
  • Client business changes, including restructuring, closure, or budget shifts
  • Perceived lack of results, as results depend on many factors outside our control

All service fees remain due and payable under the terms of the agreement.


4. Refund Exceptions (Rare & Limited)

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

4.1. AJR Services Is Unable to Deliver

A refund may be provided if AJR Services, LLC is unable to provide the agreed‑upon service due solely to our own actions, and no portion of the work was started.

4.2. Legal Requirements

If applicable state or federal law requires a refund in a specific situation, we will comply with those laws.

These are the only exceptions.


5. Cancellations

5.1. Client‑Requested Cancellation

If a client cancels before services are complete, no refund will be issued for:

  • Remaining project hours
  • Remaining deliverables
  • Any unused consulting time
  • Retainer or subscription periods

5.2. Session Cancellations

Missed or canceled meetings do not qualify for a refund.
Rescheduling may be allowed with reasonable notice.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Submitting a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:

  • Contest all chargebacks
  • Provide documentation to payment processors
  • Suspend future services for clients who file chargebacks without valid cause

7. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

While refunds are not offered, AJR Services, LLC is committed to:

  • Clear communication
  • Professional service delivery
  • High‑quality consulting and strategic support
  • Delivering what is outlined in the signed agreement or scope of work
